Ayodele is a strategic leader and dynamic professional committed to delivering excellent legal services.
She is a sponsored individual (Compliance Officer) at the Securities and Exchange Commission and has been a Contributor to the Ease of Doing Business Annual Reports of the World Bank Group for the past 5 years.
Prior to joining Acetrix, Ayodele practiced with the firm of S.P.A Ajibade & Co where she garnered a unique mix of experience. She was a member of a team that acted for a leading brewery company in its successful merger with Nigerian Breweries Plc in 2014 creating the largest company in the sector. She also had short stints at Adepetun Caxton-Martins Agbor & Segun (ACAS) and Afe Babalola & Co.
Ayodele proffers legal opinions and advice on corporate structuring and restructuring, including joint venture agreements, shareholders agreement, mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, registration of private and public companies and ancillary post incorporation matters.
She provides legal support in the sale, acquisition and perfection of title to landed properties in Nigeria, preparation of all the required documentation in respect of assignment, leases, tenancy and perfection of mortgages as well as advising on other real estate financing arrangements such as joint ventures and Real Estate Investments Trusts.
She represents a myriad of clients in corporate and commercial dispute resolution involving banking law, aviation, intra-company shareholder disputes and general civil actions.
Fueled by her desire to prevent corporate failure, Ayodele provides company secretarial services to clients, regulatory engagement, liaise with regulatory authorities in obtaining permits/approvals and ensuring compliance by our clients with all applicable laws and regulations by providing regular updates on new regulatory requirements.
She is also involved in the registration of trademarks, designs, patents, copyright as well as representing individual and corporate clients in the protection and enforcement of their intellectual property rights in Nigeria.
