Timilehin is an Associate at the firm. His practice areas cover aspects of corporate, Finance and business Advisory with special emphasis on mergers & acquisitions, project finance and infrastructure, product liability & product safety, venture capital & private equity, and contract administration.

Prior to joining the firm, Timilehin represented the interests of corporates in court proceedings. He combines his experience and knowledge as a litigator and a business lawyer to offer sterling services and solutions to Clients.

Timilehin has been involved in several legal and business transactions that cuts across various sectors. He has strong client-service orientation and is client focused. He is goal oriented, target driven and has exceptional forward planning skills.

Timilehin is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association Section on business Law (NBASBL) and a member of the young Singapore International arbitration Centre (YSIAC).
