BIO
Ehiedu is an associate with Acuity Partners. His areas of professional competence include Corporate Governance and Financial Regulation, Mergers and Acquisitions, General Commercial Law Advisory, Electricity Law, Entertainment and Sports Law.
Ehiedu holds an LLM in Corporate Governance and Financial Regulation from Warwick University. He also holds a first class in law from Bangor University. Ehiedu uses his knowledge and research in these areas of law to provide client-specific solutions to legal issues. Ehiedu has provided legal advice to both national and multinational corporations. Ehiedu has advised on matters relating to arbitration, debt and insolvency, and corporate governance. He is determined and results-oriented, proffering clients with out-of-the-box solutions tailored to meet their unique needs.
Ehiedu is also an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (UK) and has experience in Commercial Arbitration and Mediation. He has served as Deputy Registrar in Arbitration proceedings. He is also a student member of the Corporate Governance Institute and presently undergoing licensed training with FIFA to become an agent.
