He has also participated in teams that advised on alternative financing, private equity, mergers & acquisitions and project financing.

Before joining the firm, Richard worked with a leading law firm as a corporate finance associate and as a startup advisor at a consulting firm where he helped founders and growth businesses structure their businesses, obtain licences, raise capital and expand their markets through M&A and other business combinations. He also has experience advising investors on investor due diligence, taking security and strategic exits.
