Oluwatobi Adebanjo is a Graduate Trainee at Acuity Partners, with interests in Mergers and Acquisitions, Deal advisory and Family Business Advisory.
She provides research and project execution support to core transaction teams, advising on market-defining, high-value, complex commercial transactions. She has gained hands-on experience with practical legal issues and can profer commercially viable legal solutions to a range of commercial transactions.

Oluwatobi is also responsible for developing and implementing strategic communication initiatives that enhance the firm's brand visibility and reputation. From crafting thought-provoking articles and social media posts to managing internal communications and client newsletters, Oluwatobi ensures that every message reflects the values and ethos of Acuity Partners.
She has participated in arbitration proceedings, and published several articles on contemporary issues in tax and international law.
